Linda Staheli

Biography
Linda Staheli brings a wealth of knowledge in international relations to Global-HELP.
Linda is Senior Staff Associate with the U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF) for the Independent States of the Former Soviet Union (FSU), which funds collaboration between scientists from the United States and FSU. Linda's work has centered around congressional relations, outreach, and development. She has also been a consultant in the development of public/private sector partnerships in the international science, technology, and health arenas. Her services have included strategic planning, development & marketing, research & analysis, partnering & networking, government relations, and issues advocacy. Her experience has been as a Senior Health Manager, International Science & Technology (S&T) Policy Administrator, Negotiator, Lobbyist, Analyst, Fundraiser, and Coalition Builder.
From 1995 to 1998, Linda directed the National Institutes of Health's Division of International Relations at the Fogarty International Center, managing a group of professionals responsible for coordinating and developing international biomedical collaborations on behalf of the twenty-four NIH institutes.
Linda holds a Master's Degree in Public Management from the School of Public Affairs, University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from the Jackson School of International Studies, University of Washington. She currently serves on numerous boards and committees, in both an elected as well as advisory capacity, including the International Network for Cancer Treatment & Research (INCTR).
